Delquanda Turner has been a dedicated professional for nearly 20 years with expertise in leadership, management, and community outreach. She is an advocate for stronger communities and services for families and has convened providers to be more educated in efforts to avoid duplication and leverage resources. As manager of the Community Planning Unit, Delquanda has the primary responsibility of leading her team to positive impact and community change initiatives via community engagement, consultation, planning, advocacy, and partnerships for Pinellas County children and families. She is a Take Stock in Children mentor of six senior students and serves on the boards of Healthy Start Coalition of Pinellas County, Local Transportation Board, and Leadership St. Petersburg Alumni Associations. Delquanda has a master’s degree in business administration and resides in St. Petersburg with her family.
